The hotel was situated at a beautiful location, surrounded by serene mountains and captivating scenic beauty. The rooms were clean and tidy, with fresh linens and comfortable bedding. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, always eager to assist us with our needs. We especially liked the hot water facility, which was available round the clock and made our stay quite comfortable.
The lack of a room service facility meant there were no hot beverages or snacks available in the room, which would have been helpful during the cold, early mornings. we found the hotel to be quite far from the city, with limited access to nearby shops and restaurants.
